Rigger Foreman

Lead rigging crews on industrial and commercial job sites. This is a hands-on working foreman position — you'll lead by example and work alongside your crew, not sit in the truck.
What You'll Be Doing
Running rigging crews on industrial and commercial jobs
Machinery moving, setting, loading/unloading, tear-outs, and installs
Coordinating with crane operators, truck drivers, customers, and management
Making sure jobs stay safe, efficient, and on schedule
Reading job layouts and figuring out safe/effective ways to complete moves
Operating forklifts, skates, gantries, hydraulic jacks, chain falls, toe jacks, etc.
Leading safety meetings and enforcing PPE requirements
Training newer riggers and keeping crews productive
Handling problems in the field and making smart decisions under pressure
What We're Looking For
Strong rigging and machinery moving experience
Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred
Dependable — shows up ready to work
Ability to lead men and keep jobs moving
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Must understand job site safety and proper rigging practices
Comfortable working long hours when needed
Travel may be required depending on projects
Valid driver's license required — CDL is a plus
Physical Requirements
Able to lift heavy materials and work physically all day
Comfortable in plants, warehouses, construction sites, outdoors, and at heights
Able to climb, crawl, kneel, and work in tight spaces
Pay & Benefits
$25.00 – $45.00 per hour based on experience
Overtime available
Per diem / travel pay when applicable

Independent Contractor: Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and benefits. Drug & alcohol testing may be required per Texas law.
Rigging Laborer

$20 – $25 / hr
Assist rigging crews on industrial machinery moving and installation jobs. Experience preferred but we'll train the right person — if you have a strong work ethic and a good attitude, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties
Assist rigging crews with machinery moving and installation jobs
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Help set machinery, skates, jacks, chain falls, slings, and rigging equipment
Operate hand tools and basic power tools
Assist forklift operators, crane crews, and foremen as directed
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Work safely around heavy equipment and moving machinery
Travel to job sites as needed
Requirements
Must be dependable and show up ready to work
Ability to work long hours and overtime when needed
Must be able to lift heavy materials and work physically all day
Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in plants, warehouses, and construction sites
Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
Forklift, rigging, or construction experience is a plus
